Guild Bank Closed tab Empty
PostSubject: Guild Bank Closed tab   Guild Bank Closed tab Icon_minitimeSat Dec 01, 2007 5:27 pm

We'll be using a ticket system as a means to obtain items from the guild bank.
The main idea is that you receive tickets when you deposit items, and that you can use those tickets to "purchase" items from the bank.

THIS ONLY APPLIES TO THE GUILD BANK CLOSED TAB
You can deposit/withdraw items from the open tab as much as you want.

Items you deposit must be within 5 levels of your current level (this to prevent abuse by high lvl players farming low lvl greens etc.)
You must meet the level requirement for items you withdraw.

It will work as follows:

You have an item which you would like to deposit in the guild bank.
So you either /w an officer or supreme officer (not the GM!) or mail said officer/supreme officer the item, and add that it's for the guild bank.
Once the officer receives the item in question he/she sends you a mail.
Note that you MUST send/trade the item to the officer, NOT just put it in the guild bank and tell the officer.
The mail would look something like this:

Good for # tickets, awarded to <player name>.

<Officer name>

You then make a copy of this mail, and use that as your ticket voucher.
Depending on the value of your item you would receive more or less tickets. The value of items will be explained below.

When you wish to "purchase" an item for the guild bank, you contact an officer. You trade/mail the officer your ticket voucher and then the officer will trade/mail
you the item you want.

If the number of tickets on your ticket voucher doesn't match the number of tickets needed for the item, then the officer will notice this and send you back the
tickets you have left.
For example if I want to buy an item worth 5 tickets and i send the officer a ticket voucher which has 7 tickets on it, the officer will send you a ticket voucher with
2 tickets back.

If you so desire, you can also purchase tickets for gold.
The set price is 25 gold for one ticket.
This may seem like a load of money but bear in mind that the option to purchase tickets is only a supplement to the already working donation system.

Keep in mind though that TICKETS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Also if you feel like you have too many ticket vouchers, you can ask an officer to combine them. Meaning that if you have a ticket voucher worth 8 tickets, and a
ticket voucher worth 3 tickets, you could ask an officer to combine them into one ticket voucher worth 11 tickets.

Item Values

We've tried to keep this as simple as humanly possible.

Items will be worth either 1,3,5 or 10 tickets.

For all item categories, there could still be minor changes in values if an officer decides for himself that your item is worth more or not worth as much.
So you might get more tickets than you hoped for. Or less.
Officers WILL use common sense and WILL be reasonable about this though.

Equipment (instance drops, crafted stuff,..)

Green items: 1 ticket
Crafted Blue items: 3 tickets
Other Blue items: 5 tickets
Epics: 10 tickets

No crafted items below blue status are accepted! so no green or white crafted items.

Potions

1 ticket per stack of 5 potions.

Note: If an officer decides that your potions are worth more than 1 ticket, then he is free to use common sense and award you more tickets.

Gatherables & Enchanting dusts

1 ticket per stack of 10

Note: If an officer decides that your items are worth more than 1 ticket, then he is free to use common sense and award you more tickets.

Jewelcrafting

Green gems: 1 ticket
Blue gems (same value as other blues): 5 tickets
Epics: 10 tickets

Enchanting

Oils: 1 ticket per oil
Shards/Crystals: 3 tickets per shard/crystal

Right this was all the info anyone should need.
If you have any other questions, feel free to contact any of the officers or the supreme officer. Do not however contact our GM Serpentine about this.
